I Built the Agency I Wanted to Hire.
Digital Lotus is a boutique practice, not a layered agency. You work directly with the strategist responsible for your account, and the advice you get is the advice I would follow with my own money.

Why I Started Digital Lotus
I have seen marketing from both ends. I worked inside Fortune 500 companies, GE and Grainger, where the budgets were large and every line of strategy still had to be justified. I have also built things of my own: a small skin care line, and more recently the marketing behind my husband's healthcare startup. Those experiences taught me the same lesson from opposite directions. Good marketing is a series of practical decisions made by someone who actually understands the business.
What I kept seeing instead was owners handed to junior teams, reports that arrived without context, and preset packages sold before anyone had asked what the business needed. Not because the people were bad at their jobs, but because the model was built to scale accounts, not to serve them.
So in 2020 I started consulting on my own, and that practice grew into Digital Lotus. I built it around the kind of agency relationship I believe business owners should have: direct, honest, and easy to understand. Most of my clients have been with me for years, which is the part I am proudest of. Some are a short drive from my desk in Newbury Park and some I have never met in person. The work is the same either way.

Four things you can count on
These are not aspirations. They are the reasons clients stay, and they are the standard you should hold any marketing partner to, including me.
You work with me, not a handoff
The person who builds your strategy is the person who does the work and answers the phone. There is no account manager relaying messages, and you never have to explain your business to someone new. That only works because the client list stays deliberately small.
Priorities before packages
No preset bundle gets pushed onto every business. We look at where the real opportunity is and start there, even when that means doing less than you expected in the first few months.
Reporting in plain English
You will know what changed, why it matters, and what comes next. If a month was soft, you will hear that too, along with what we are doing about it.
Teaching, not gatekeeping
Marketing knowledge should not be held hostage by the agency holding it. I explain the reasoning, and for teams who want it I build learning material so they can understand the work themselves.
Sometimes the right advice is to spend less, fix one thing first, or wait.
Plenty of agencies will sell you the biggest program you can afford. I would rather tell you that your website needs to convert before more traffic is worth buying, or that this quarter is the wrong time to start. That answer costs me revenue in the short term and it is the reason those same clients are still here years later.
It also means you will never be talked into a channel because it is trendy. If something is not earning its place, we stop doing it and put the money where it works.
Six services, one strategist
Most businesses need two or three of these, not all six. Part of my job is telling you which ones.
- SEO & Search Visibility
- Google Ads Management
- Google Business Profile
- AI Search Visibility
- Website Design & Conversion
- Marketing Strategy & Fractional CMO
Not sure where to start? That is part of the strategy. Start with the problem instead.
The work speaks better than the pitch
Every success story on this site comes from a real account, with the numbers pulled straight from the client's own reporting and the honest context around them.

A free consultation is a real conversation about where your opportunities are, not a sales pitch. You will speak with me, and you will leave with something useful either way.
